The Golden Fox Sign founder’s portfolio now spans signage, vehicle wraps, marketing education, food service and home care, while Elite Co. drops its agency model for a hands-on marketing boot camp
PHILADELPHIA, PA / ACCESS Newswire / September 28, 2026 / Abe Ibrahim, CEO and founder of Golden Fox Sign, has grown his family-run group of Philadelphia companies to five operating businesses with the addition of Heaven of Hope, a licensed home care agency, alongside a restructuring of marketing education company Elite Co. away from its retainer-based agency model. The moves bring the group to five businesses spanning signage, vehicle wraps, marketing education, food service and home care, all run alongside Ibrahim’s brothers and a cousin he calls a business partner in every sense.

Built alongside his business partner, Mahir Atak, the portfolio now includes Golden Fox Sign, a commercial signage company handling design, fabrication, installation and maintenance for businesses across the Philadelphia region; GF Wraps, a commercial fleet branding and vehicle wrap company; Elite Co., a marketing education company; La Catrachita Northeast, a Halal Mexican restaurant on Frankford Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia; and Heaven of Hope.
“We Do It Together”
Every company in the group is run alongside family. Ibrahim’s brothers, Moe known to everyone as “Motor” and Adam, work across the businesses, as does his first cousin and business partner, Mo Ibrahim.
“My brothers and my cousin Mo aren’t employees I hired, they’re the reason any of this exists,” Ibrahim said. “I’d rather own fifty percent of a million-dollar business than a hundred percent of a hundred-thousand-dollar one. Give the people building it with you a real piece. Everybody works harder, everybody wins bigger. Most entrepreneurs do this alone. We do it together.”
Ibrahim graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business while already running a business, working before college, throughout school and after.
“Balancing a business and a full course load taught me more about discipline than any class did,” he said. “Not a strategy I’d recommend to everybody. But it worked.” He learned it at home. His father, Mike Ibrahim, has been the model for that kind of work ethic for as long as he can remember.
A Door That Took Years to Open
Home care marks a return for Ibrahim, not a new direction. He first tried to enter the industry years ago with a venture called Home Care of America, which could not obtain the licensing it required and never launched.
“That one stuck with me,” Ibrahim said. “I couldn’t get licensed, so that was that. But I never really let it go. I just kept building other things, kept learning, and years later the right door opened. The industry I couldn’t get into back then is one of my newest companies now. That’s not a plan I could have written down.”
“People call it luck. I call it God’s timing,” he said. “None of what I own today was on some perfectly mapped-out roadmap. I started things that failed. I closed things. I exited things. My job was to work hard, stay honest, take care of people, and trust that I’d end up where I was supposed to be.”
Elite Co. Trades the Retainer for a Classroom
Alongside the home care expansion, Elite Co. has restructured its business around marketing education rather than done-for-you services. After years of running campaigns for clients, the company now operates a hands-on training boot camp covering SEO, advertising, content, outreach and AI-powered systems, with the stated aim of making clients less dependent on agencies, including his own.
“I’ve watched business owners pay a retainer for years and still not understand what they’re paying for,” Ibrahim said. “If something goes wrong, they can’t diagnose it. They just write another check. I’d rather teach an owner how their own marketing works and let them decide what to hand off from there. It’s a better outcome for them, even if it’s a smaller invoice for me.”
What Comes Next
Ibrahim intends to grow Golden Fox Sign into one of the country’s premier commercial signage companies, expand GF Wraps’ fleet branding services, scale Elite Co.’s boot camp into a primary resource for owners taking marketing in-house, explore additional La Catrachita locations, and build out Heaven of Hope with the same intensity he has applied to every prior venture.
“Your situation right now doesn’t decide your future,” he said. “Stay consistent, keep learning, treat people right, build with the people you actually trust, and be patient. Some of the opportunities that change everything are the ones you never saw coming.”
