(NYSE: ALIT), a leading benefits administration provider of health, wealth and leave solutions, today announced the appointments of three seasoned executives across Consultant and Broker Partnerships, Leaves Clinical Operations and Leaves Delivery Transformation, continuing the company’s investment in deep expertise and capabilities across the organization.

Jodi Bryant has been named Senior Vice President, Consultant & Broker Relationships; Dr. Steven Serra has been named Global Head of Clinical Operations, Leaves; and Kelly Dieppa has been appointed Senior Vice President, Leaves Operating Leader.

Jodi Bryant appointed Senior Vice President, Consultant & Broker Relationships

As a member of Alight’s Commercial Leadership team, Jodi Bryant will lead relationships with consultants and brokers, building strategic partnerships that deepen Alight’s connections across the benefits administration landscape. Her appointment adds seasoned market-facing expertise as Alight continues to build enduring, trusted partnerships and drive sustainable growth.

Jodi brings more than 30 years of experience spanning healthcare, insurance and retirement, with deep expertise in commercial strategy, sales and distribution, and channel partnerships. Her career includes senior roles at Putnam Investments, Mercer, Aetna and bswift, giving her broad perspective across the retirement and healthcare benefits ecosystems. Most recently, she held commercial leadership roles at Headspace Health, Family First and Noom, where she focused on enterprise growth and go-to-market strategy.

Dr. Steven Serra appointed Global Head of Clinical Operations, Leaves

At Alight, Dr. Steven Serra will lead the global clinical organization, focused on strengthening clinical quality, enhancing outcomes and advancing the continued evolution of Alight’s leaves business. He brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and deep experience across disability and absence management that will help Alight further integrate clinical insight into how it supports clients and their employees.

Steven brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, disability and absence management, occupational medicine, workers’ compensation, clinical operations and population health. Most recently, as National Medical Director for Aetna Commercial & Specialty Markets, he led clinical consulting, strategy and analytic efforts supporting millions of members and some of the nation’s largest employers.

A physician board-certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Steven is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (FACOEM). He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and dual master’s degrees in Public Health (MPH) and Social Business & Entrepreneurship (MSc). Steven is licensed to practice medicine in New York, California and Arizona.

Kelly Dieppa appointed Senior Vice President, Leaves Operating Leader

At Alight, Kelly Dieppa will lead large-scale transformation initiatives across the company’s leave administration business, spanning operations, technology, client delivery, service experience, automation and AI. Her focus will be on strengthening execution and advancing modern, scalable capabilities that deliver better experiences and outcomes for clients and their employees.

Kelly brings 25 years of administration experience across claims operations, service delivery and operational transformation. Most recently, she led Absence, Disability and Clinical Vocational Claim Operations at MetLife, where she oversaw large-scale claims operations across the United States and India and helped advance AI-enabled technology and operating model changes. Earlier in her career, she led the development of a new absence and disability administration business line at Broadspire, a Crawford & Company division.

The appointments continue Alight’s investment in seasoned talent and specialized expertise across the organization, strengthening distinct areas of the business while adding to the capabilities of Alight’s existing teams.
