Jagmeet comes to residential real estate with more than 15 years of experience in property management, portfolio operations and technology. His previous work managing residential properties gave him firsthand experience with the day-to-day responsibilities that come with owning real estate, from working with tenants and vendors to overseeing maintenance, renovations and property improvements.
That experience is now shaping his approach as a real estate agent.
Rather than viewing a property simply as a place to buy or sell, Jagmeet brings an ownership perspective to his work with clients. His background has given him experience evaluating property conditions, managing operating expenses, coordinating improvements and working through the practical challenges that come with maintaining real estate.
Before moving into the real estate industry, Jagmeet worked in the technology field, including roles with Infogain and Cisco. His technology background has also influenced the way he approaches his work, with an emphasis on organization, systems and careful attention to detail.
