DALLAS, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Novatae Risk Group (Novatae) announced today that it acquired the assets of Specialized Program Solutions (SPS), a leading Managing General Agency in the trucking insurance market located in Chester, N.J., on Aug. 1, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2022, SPS specializes in underwriting, marketing and program administration for long-haul trucking risks throughout the U.S. Through its proprietary technology platform, data-driven underwriting capabilities and responsive portfolio management, SPS brings a modern approach to commercial trucking insurance.
