Skazma Custom Apparel Partners with St. Vrain Valley Schools Education Foundation for the 41st Annual Sunrise Stampede

Longmont-based apparel company joins the community race supporting Educator Grants across St. Vrain Valley Schools

LONGMONT, CO, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Skazma Custom Apparel, located at 1121 Colorado Ave, Longmont, CO 80501, has announced a partnership with the St. Vrain Valley Schools Education Foundation for the 2026 Sunrise Stampede, taking place Saturday, August 15, at Fall River Elementary School/Stephen Day Park.

Now in its 41st year, the Sunrise Stampede is a St. Vrain Valley tradition: a family-friendly 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk held the weekend before school starts. The event brings together students, teachers, and neighbors for a morning of racing, community spirit, and school pride, while raising funds for Educator Grants, including Special Education and Mental Health grants that support innovative classroom programs across the district.

As a race partner, SKAZMA will support the event’s apparel needs, drawing on its background producing custom-printed and embroidered gear for schools, teams, and organizations throughout Northern Colorado.

The 2026 Sunrise Stampede features a 5K race and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk for all ages and paces, a Sponsor Alley with games and giveaways, and a School Spirit Challenge, where the SVVSD school with the most race-day participants wins a trophy and cash prize. Race-day activities begin at 6:45 a.m. with check-in and Sponsor Alley, followed by the 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K start at 8:30 a.m.
