The AI video intelligence platform welcomes the fund founded by ex-Red Bull executives to expend its partnerships with entertainment and CPG brands.
LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Oriane, the Los Angeles-based AI-native video intelligence platform that makes social video searchable, today announced additional financing from new investor Dopamine Sports Ventures, joined by existing investors Antler and Secways, who doubled down on their earlier backing. The investment brings Oriane’s total funding to date to $2.8M.
Dopamine Sports Ventures, co-founded by former Red Bull executives Markus Egger and Andreas Meinrad, backs technology companies bringing value to entertainment, sports, and CPG brands.
The financing follows four months of rapid growth. Since its public launch on April 1st, 2026, Oriane’s revenue has doubled every month. Its video index, covering Instagram and TikTok, is now the largest on the market, and the company recently released the Oriane API, giving partners direct access to the richest source of structured data from social media videos. An early community of builders has already shipped free tools on top of it.
Oriane works with enterprise partners across luxury, beauty, and advertising, including LVMH Beauty, Dior, and agencies such as Publicis Sapient, McCann, and WOO / Olyn Group.
The company has become a visible voice in how brands navigate video-first and AI-driven discovery. At Cannes Lions 2026, Oriane hosted a live conversation on the future of luxury discovery with Ina Fuchs, Creator Community Partnerships EMEA at YouTube, and Morin Oluwole, former Global Head of Luxury at Meta and founder and CEO of Le Vitruve, moderated by Carlota Rotbén of Beyond Luxury. At VivaTech, Oriane took the stage with Bruno Guilbot, VP Data & AI at LVMH Beauty, to show how beauty brands appear in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, and why video intelligence is key to ranking first in AI results.
“Eighty percent of luxury discovery now starts on a screen, on platforms no brand owns, and increasingly inside AI answers,” said Julien Rosilio, CEO and co-founder of Oriane. “Oriane is the search layer for the video-first internet: we show brands what actually appears inside videos, not just the text around them. Dopamine’s roots in sports and entertainment open exactly the categories where this matters most.”
Oriane will launch its MCP server in Q4 2026, enabling AI agents to query the video web directly, and will expand its video index to additional platforms, beginning with YouTube Shorts.
