SHERIDAN, Wyo., Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Autheo today announced that THEO, the native utility token of its Internet Operating System, is scheduled to launch on Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain on Thursday, September 10 — extending Autheo’s economic layer into Robinhood’s permissionless, AI-native Layer 2 blockchain built to bring traditional markets, crypto, and real-world assets together onchain.
September 10 marks the next step in Autheo’s deployment phase. THEO is scheduled to become available for trading on Uniswap that day, extending the network’s economic layer into an emerging financial environment designed around programmable assets, decentralized markets, AI agents, and onchain financial infrastructure.
The launch marks a transition that has been underway since Autheo Mainnet went live on May 14, 2026. Autheo is moving from the years spent building its network into the phase of putting that network to work — releasing the developer platforms, decentralized infrastructure, AI capabilities, and economic services designed to make an Internet Operating System something developers build on rather than read about.
CUTTING THE GORDIAN KNOT
Every generation of technology promises to connect what came before it, yet the technology landscape has become increasingly fragmented as new platforms, networks, and systems have been added. Autheo was founded on a different premise: rather than add another layer to that fragmentation, build the common foundation beneath it where coordination can happen natively.

WHY UNISWAP ON ROBINHOOD CHAIN
Robinhood Chain is a permissionless, AI-native, Ethereum-compatible Layer 2 developed on Arbitrum infrastructure and built for financial services and tokenized real-world assets. Its architecture combines Ethereum compatibility and security with 100-millisecond block times and an environment designed for developers building financial applications, real-world asset infrastructure, and AI-powered experiences.
Uniswap v2, v3, v4, and UniswapX have been available on Robinhood Chain since its public mainnet launch, with Uniswap serving as the network’s primary public automated market maker. THEO is scheduled to become available for trading against ETH through a Uniswap v3 liquidity pool on Robinhood Chain on September 10.
One of Robinhood Chain’s defining elements is Stock Tokens — standard ERC-20 tokenized debt securities that provide economic exposure to underlying securities such as U.S. shares and ETFs without conveying legal or beneficial ownership of the underlying securities. Stock Tokens can be held, transferred, and composed into onchain applications, with live Chainlink price feeds enabling smart contracts to read prices directly onchain.
The result is a programmable financial environment in which traditional-market exposure, digital assets, decentralized trading and lending, real-world assets, and autonomous software can increasingly interact within the same onchain ecosystem.
DIFFERENT LAYERS, SAME CONVERGENCE
For Autheo, that direction is not incidental to the decision to bring THEO to Robinhood Chain.
Robinhood Chain is breaking down boundaries between financial systems and assets that historically operated separately — bringing traditional-market exposure, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, tokenized real-world assets, and increasingly autonomous financial activity into a common onchain environment.
Autheo was built around the same underlying principle at a broader technological layer.
Rather than beginning with financial markets, Autheo begins with the fragmented infrastructure beneath the modern Internet — platforms, clouds, blockchains, applications, protocols, compute, storage, networking, identity, security, AI, and economic systems that were largely built separately and frequently require additional layers of integration to work together.

Extending THEO to Robinhood Chain places the Autheo economy within another programmable environment alongside emerging decentralized-finance, tokenized-asset, and agentic-finance infrastructure. Over time, Autheo expects interoperability across networks to allow developers and applications to access economic services without treating individual chains as isolated ecosystems.
FROM BUILDING THE NETWORK TO BUILDING ON THE NETWORK
Autheo Mainnet is live, and THEO is in circulation. As of early September 2026, the network has grown to more than 2.2 million wallet addresses, 1.2 million smart contracts, and 10.7 million transactions — activity independently verifiable through Autheo’s public Mainnet explorer.
But launching the network was never the destination. It was the foundation.
After five years of development, the work now shifts from building the network itself to putting more of what was built beneath it into the hands of developers — infrastructure designed to let applications draw on capabilities that today are often assembled across separate clouds, networks, protocols, and service providers.
That next phase includes the continued rollout of Autheo DevHub as a primary entry point for developers and expansion of the Mesh — Autheo’s distributed compute, storage, networking, and AI execution layer — alongside decentralized compute and storage services, AI orchestration, token infrastructure, identity services, and an Infrastructure Marketplace through which providers can contribute resources and earn for supplying them.

THEO AND THE ECONOMY BEHIND THE NETWORK
THEO is the economic coordination layer of the Internet Operating System — the asset through which developers and applications consume infrastructure, providers earn for supplying productive resources, validators participate in securing the network, and economic activity is settled across the ecosystem.
As the Mesh, Autheo.dev, AI services, Infrastructure Marketplace, and other capabilities come online, THEO is designed to connect the demand and supply sides of a productive infrastructure economy. Developers and applications create workloads; compute, storage, GPU, networking, and other infrastructure providers supply capacity; the Marketplace coordinates that capacity; and THEO provides the settlement and incentive layer connecting them.
The objective is not token activity for its own sake. It is an economy in which THEO increasingly circulates because useful work is being performed — applications are deployed, infrastructure is consumed, providers are paid, and network and Marketplace activity create recurring economic flows. As usage grows, the same circulating THEO can move repeatedly through buyers, providers, Marketplace transactions, and network activity without requiring new issuance for each transaction.
THEO has a fixed maximum supply of 7 billion tokens, governed by deployed on-chain smart contracts. Half of the total supply is allocated to block-emission pools that progressively activate ecosystem growth, infrastructure providers, validators, and the developer economy. The remaining half was premined at genesis and is subject to smart-contract vesting schedules covering team, strategic operations, liquidity, reserves, treasury, sales, advisory, and launch-related allocations.
The economic model is designed to evolve from emissions bootstrapping network participation toward an increasingly usage-funded economy: emissions help activate validators, infrastructure supply, and builders; additional compute and storage expand network capacity; developers and applications create workloads; and Marketplace and network activity generate recurring THEO-denominated economic flows.
Autheo’s global contributor network today includes approximately 100 people spanning blockchain engineering, AI, distributed systems, cryptography, cybersecurity, product, finance, legal, and operations, supported by an ecosystem of infrastructure, security, development, liquidity, and technology relationships including Zeeve, InfStones, CertiK, Halborn, Utila, Antier, and Enflux.
THEO holders will also be able to participate through staking on Autheo Mainnet, with staking expected to open soon through Autheo’s wallet-based interface. Participants will be able to stake THEO directly from supported wallets and earn rewards under the applicable staking pool contract, without operating a validator node or other infrastructure.
