The appointment underscores Harris & Harris’ ongoing investment in top talent and seasoned executive leadership as the company continues to grow and expand its operational capabilities.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ness will be responsible for leading Harris & Harris’ broad functional capacity across the company’s three physical locations, near-shore support, and associates located throughout the United States. Ness will lead a team of highly capable executives and industry experts across the company’s contact center operations, revenue cycle solutions, and industry-leading analytical and digital execution channels. Ness brings more than three decades of transformational leadership experience across a wide range of industries to this role. Having served in C-suite roles spanning B2B, B2C, and B2G markets, Ness has the unique proficiency to guide H&H through scaling operations, driving accountability, and delivering measurable results across its consumer and partner-facing businesses. Prior to H&H, Ness served in several executive roles at American Express, MCI WorldCom, Road Runner Sports, and EADS, among others.
