LANESBORO, MN, UNITED STATES, September 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Pickles are taking center stage at Big Springs Farm this fall as the farm celebrates its sixth Fall Festival with a 10-acre pickle-themed corn maze and a season full of dill-inspired fun. At the heart of the festival is the corn maze, featuring over five miles of walking paths winding through ten acres of corn. This year’s pickle theme extends beyond the maze with The Big Dill, a 10-foot-tall pickle sculpture, and a new lineup of ten pickle-inspired concessions, including Pickle Roll-Ups On-A-Stick, Pickle Lemonade Slushies and the Double Dill Double Cheese Grilled Cheese.

“We like to tell agricultural stories when we can, and this year, pickles are the story,” said Pam Brown, co-owner of Big Springs Farm. “We hope people will try our ten unique pickle foods to include Pickle Roll-Ups On-A-Stick and a Pickle Lemonade Slushie, then venture into the pickle-themed corn maze, and take a photo with ‘The Big Dill’, the 10-foot-tall pickle sculpture.”

Also new for 2026 is Sip & Maze, Big Springs Farm’s first 21+ event. Beverage vendors will be stationed throughout the 10-acre corn maze, giving guests the opportunity to try a variety of beverages as they make their way through the twists and turns at sunset. The evening continues with food and pickle beer, festival attractions and live music by the band, UnHinged. It is a grown-up night at the farm—with ample opportunities to feel like a kid.

Beyond this year’s pickle theme, visitors can experience all the fall traditions Big Springs Farm has become known for. Guests can pick their own pumpkins from two patches featuring more than one hundred and fifty varieties, ranging from classic orange pumpkins to colorful and unusual specialty varieties. September visitors can walk among the sunflowers, while the fall flower field offers guests the opportunity to select and cut their own blooms through the first freeze. The farm also features a lookout tower inside the corn maze, a barn made of pumpkins, farm animals, hayrides, a 100-foot giant slide, giant tunnel slide, zipline swing, jump pad, corn pit, duck races, Twisted Tamarack fence maze, Waterway Paintball Range, Harvest Hideout hand-crank grain auger, gravity box basketball and numerous other attractions.

“Everyone who would enjoy a day on the farm should come,” said co-owner Justin Brown. “Our farm is your farm when you are here. Enjoy it with us and celebrate fall at the same time.” Big Springs Farm is open on Saturdays and Sundays from September 12 through November 1, 2026. Plus, Thursday and Friday of MEA, October 15th and 16th.
