QV Distribution Holdings, Inc. (“Quality Valve” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC (“Stephens Group”), today announced a leadership transition to position the business for continued growth. Effective immediately, the Board has appointed Benjamin Davis to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Davis will assume the responsibilities of outgoing CEO, Jody Dunn, who will remain with the Company as Senior Advisor and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dunn will remain actively involved in the Company’s M&A strategy, key stakeholder relationships and corporate strategy.

Dunn has served as CEO of Quality Valve since 2022, previously serving as the Company’s President and, before that, as Chief Financial Officer. During his time as CEO, Mr. Dunn has helped build a high-quality executive team, sharpened the Company’s commercial focus, and positioned Quality Valve for its next phase of growth. Grant Jones, Managing Director at Stephens Group, said, “Stephens Group is grateful for Jody’s leadership over the past four years and throughout his career with Quality Valve, and we are glad he will remain closely involved as Senior Advisor and a member of the Board.”

“It has been a privilege to lead Quality Valve and to help build on the foundation we established together. I’m proud of what our team has accomplished, and I look forward to continuing to support Ben and the entire team as we build on that momentum,” said Mr. Dunn.

Mr. Davis brings close to 20 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, and supply chain operations to his new role. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Manufactured Product sales at Vytl Controls Group, where he set the strategy for commercial operations supporting the organization’s manufactured products, including leading the outside and inside sales teams and managing a broad distribution network.

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Ben as CEO of Quality Valve,” said Mr. Jones. “Ben brings a rare combination of commercial leadership and deep operating experience across the valve and industrial distribution markets. He understands what it takes to serve customers with speed and precision, and we’re confident he’s the right leader to take Quality Valve into its next chapter.”

“I am honored to join Quality Valve and build on the strong foundation Jody and the team have created. Quality Valve has earned a reputation for reliability and technical expertise in the valve repair and distribution markets, and I look forward to working with the Quality Valve team as we continue to invest in our people, our inventory, and our service to customers around the world,” said Davis.

Davis’s earlier career includes senior roles at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, Corpac Steel Products, and DistributionNOW, where he directed operations and supply chain, led international teams across Russia and the Americas, and helped architect integrated supply chain agreements with some of the most significant oil and gas players in the U.S. market. His experience spans manufacturing, distribution, and consulting for major oil and gas operators, giving him deep expertise across the full value chain of pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, automation, and engineered solutions.

Davis holds a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian Language from Brigham Young University. He is an elected board member of the Valve Repair Council, part of the Valve Manufacturers Association, and serves as an Ambassador for Texas A&M’s Master of Industrial Distribution program.
