Scaling AI Infrastructure
CNEX operates large-scale computing infrastructure in Tier III data center environments in the United States and is developing additional capacity to meet customer requirements. The company has secured financing support for its initial growth and continues to develop additional financing capacity to support infrastructure expansion. CNEX has also received ASUS Preferred End Customer status as it expands the technology, equipment and supply chain relationships required to support large-scale AI deployments.
Enterprise AI Is Becoming an Infrastructure Discipline
Worldwide AI spending is projected by Gartner to exceed $2.5 trillion in 2026, but investment alone does not make AI operational. Organizations seeking to put AI into widespread use face constraints involving GPU availability, power, data center capacity, networking, cooling, storage, security, governance and control over where and how data is stored and processed.

CNEX’s standard deployment time goal is fewer than 90 days from contract signing to installation and acceptance, with faster deployments possible depending on reserved infrastructure and rack availability. The company’s model is designed to reduce the time and complexity involved in moving AI infrastructure into operation.
Building the Trust Layer for Enterprise AI
CNEX is building security, compliance and operational governance into its infrastructure as enterprises move proprietary data, models and workloads onto advanced computing systems. The CNEX Trust Center publishes the company’s SOC 2 Type I report, GDPR compliance status and HIPAA badge, along with continuously monitored security and privacy controls. A SOC 2 Type II examination is in progress.
Disciplined Growth in a Capacity-Constrained Market
CNEX said its commercial growth is being driven primarily by multiyear infrastructure engagements rather than short-term demand for individual GPUs.
