A groundbreaking ceremony marked the official start of construction for the AC Hotel Milwaukee Downtown on August 5, 2026. The new seven-story hotel is situated at 430 W. State St. within Milwaukee’s Deer District.
The development is a collaborative effort between NCG Hospitality and the Milwaukee Bucks. This new establishment will be part of the Marriott International portfolio.
